![]() The resurrected Jesus, who is found in the centre of Peter's speech (2:22-36), is also the pivotal and ultimate object of this message of salvation (2:41). ![]() In terms of content, the centre of the speech is the message about the event of the resurrection and exaltation of Jesus (2:22-36), which explains what happened at Pentecost and which carries consequences with it (2:37-41). The compositional organization of the speech, which originates from the author of Acts, emphasizes a threefold dimension: to expound the event of Pentecost (2:14-21), to announce the resurrection of Jesus (2:22-36) and to challenge those listening to change their minds and receive baptism. both in the speech's structure and content. The crucial importance of the resurrection of Jesus in this speech is evident. The resurrection of Jesus, which is the pivotal theme of the New Testament and the central element of the preaching of the early Church, is also the main subject matter of Peter's Speech at Pentecost (Acts 2:14-41), the first public proclamation of the gospel, at which time the activity of the Church begins as well. The project continues in all these sectors of TGD and involves both mathematical developments, progress in interpretation, and building of contacts with experimental reality via model building. The TGD counterpart of twistor approach is also an important line of development: the key observation is that Minkowski space M^4 and complex projective space CP_2 are the only 4-D manifolds allowing twistor space with Kaehler structure so that TGD is also mathematically unique. Strong form of holography allows to formulate quantum TGD in terms of data associated with 2-D string world sheets and partonic 2-surfaces and space-time plays the role of bulk in AdS/CFT duality so that this holography is very similar to the ordinary holography. The notion of zero energy ontology (ZEO) which has led to a precise identification of notion of self in consciousness theory (self as generalized Zeno effect). The most recent outcome is what could be called adelic physics defined as a fusion of real number based physics and various p-adic physics supposed to describe both matter and cognition and their mutual interaction.Īround 2005 emerged the notion of hierarchy of Planck constants labeling phases of ordinary matter identified as dark matter understandable now in terms of huge supersymplectic symmetries of WCW. This led to a second thread of TGD: physics as generalized number theory involving p-adic number fields, classical number fields, and so called infinite primes constructible by a process very much analogous to an iterated second quantization of arithmetic supersymmetric QFT. The key observation is that in infinite dimension that very existence of Kaehler geometry implies maximal symmetry group identifiable as supersymplectic symmetries.Īround 1995 I started to work with p-adic physics as a correlate for cognition and with TGD inspired theory of consciousness and quantum biology. The project led to a thesis (1982).Īfter that I studied extremals for possible candidates for classical action and before 1990 emerged a rather conving mathematization of TGD leading to a replacement of path integral approach with a geometrization of physics at the level of "world of classical worlds" (space-time surfaces) generalizing Wheeler's superspace and generalizing Einstein's program for geometrization of physics to infinite-dimensional context. An alternative interpretation is as a generalization of string models obtained by replacing strings with 3-D surfaces. TGD began around 1977 from the energy problem of general relativity and led to a theory of gravitation assumin g that space-times are 4-surfaces in certain higher-dimensional space-time M^4\times CP_2 completely fixed by standard model symmetries. Topological Geometrodynamics is a lifelong project initiated almost 4 decades ago.
